I thought Ken forgot our anniversary. Then he played THIS in the car and I completely lost it 😭

So I posted this video and I woke up to this:

Hundreds of comments. People tagging their partners. Everyone asking the same thing - "WHERE did he get this??"

So I figured I'd just write it all out. Because honestly, everyone deserves to feel what I felt.

What happened

My husband Ken is a pilot. He's gone half the time and hes amazing but he is NOT the romantic type lol

So when he said he had a surprise for me I was expecting something like this:

We were sitting in the car. He just started playing something on the speaker. Didn't say a word.

At first I thought it was just a pretty song on the radio.

Then I heard my name in the lyrics.

Then it mentioned how we met - online of all things (he saw me wearing a Syracuse University fleece and we started talking 😂). It talked about our first date at Chrisy Beanz coffee shop. The motorcycle ride. How he put my hand in his jacket pocket to keep it warm on that first ride together.

It even mentioned the pig races at Old McDonalds Farm on our second date 😂 and that ridiculous "what the heck" moment when he tried to kiss me for the first time (long story.. he reached across to put my seatbelt on and his face was right in front of mine and instead of something romantic he said "what the heck" 🤦‍♀️)

I could NOT stop crying. Ken was just sitting there grinning like an idiot lol

How he found it

Ken found this company called Melody of Us through a facebook ad. He saw another couple react to there song and was like "Jolene would lose her mind" (he was right lol)

The whole process took him maybe 10 minutes. And this is a man who calls me when he can't find the ketchup 😂

All he did was:

1. Pick who its for (wife, husband, family, etc)
2. Answer a few questions about our story
3. Pick a music genre
4. Thats it - they sent the song to his email in 3 days
